If your situation is such that you are not certain exactly how long you want to stay, or cannot determine far in advance when you want to move, be warned. The lease calls for 60 days notice and an additional 2 months rent penalty for early termination. Most leases state 30 days notice and 1 month penalty. This place is not for me.
