Windsor at Brookstone Village

GOING DOWN, DOWN, DOWN..... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/20/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I moved into Brookstone Village right at the time Windsor took over ownership. The staff at that time was GREAT! The manager, office staff and maintenance could not be beaten! Since early in 2001 a new staff has emerged that is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Particularly bad is the office staff!! They are rude and lack in competence. The maintenance has deteriorated greatky as well! What once was a GREAT place has gone way down! DON'T BOTHER!
