Woodmere Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   i would never recommend Woodmere to anyone. my air conditioner didnt work all last summer, and i couldnt even open my bedroom window because there was a big slit in the screen that the bats that were living on the roof crawled thru and killed my cat. the ceiling leaks in three spots. the bathtub liner is peeling, the toilet needs to be fixed every other week, my clothes have been stolen out of the laundry room. people park illeagally so that tenents have a hard time getting in and out of their parking spots. i have to climb overtop 10-15 children sitting on the steps every night just to get to my apartment. children set the garbage can on fire in the laundry room. after atempting to speak to the useless office staff many calls were made to aimco(parent company) and still nothing has been done.the only thing great about this place is the location.
