Woodmere Apartments

Don't move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   When I moved in the pole in the closet fell down, there wasn't a lock on the back storage shed, the window stripping had been taped on (with scotch tape), and the sliding doors on the closet didn't match up with the grooves on the floor. The condition of the apartment is horrible. It takes them forever to fix anything. They are charging me over $100 more that the price listed on the Aimco website. When I brought this up to the manager she said that it was an "Aimco special" and that she didn't have to hold to that price. The fawcets leak like crazy and they just get worse and worse and my water bill has doubled since I moved in. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom sounds like an airplane when you flush it. The management has no idea what they are doing because the person in charge changes every other month. Don't move here, it sucks.
