I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. I have had multiple problems with this place. I lived on the 3rd floor (top) in a one-bedroom.
1. Management is very poor. I had to call several times to get things fixed because either they forgot or "the right people didn't get the message."
2. Neighbors are discourteous. I had issues with my neighbors being loud EVERY evening around 11pm until 1am. I called numerous times with nothing done about it. Also, dogs bark constantly throughout the night. The owners don't seem to care.
3. Spring and Fall are horrible when the temps are in the 60s. They turn off the A/C and then it gets up into the 80s in the apt. WITHOUT using the heat. I had to keep all windows and doors open with fans on all night to be cool enough to get some sleep. But then I would get waken up by people coming home at 3am and being loud and obnoxious in the parking lot. The heat is even a problem in the wintertime. I don't think my heat hardly kicked on and it was still 80 degrees.
4. They don't clean the apt before you move in. I had to clean it all myself. I had to vacuum 2 or 3 times to get all the dog hair up. When I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, my rag started out pink and ended up a dingy tan.
