We've lived here for three years and we've never had any big complaints. Everything that broke was handled within a day- things that broke include the a/c and the faucet handle in the bathroom. The closet doors do come of the tracks sometimes, but I found them to be very easy to place back on track. We live on the third (top) floor, so have obviously never experienced any flooding. We don't have any leaks in our ceiling. Never had any bugs living inside (just the ones that sneak in through the door- and those are only lightning bugs or moths). It does get a little irritating in the Fall and Spring because the A/C and Heat can't be on at the same time, so they don't turn the A/C on until they know that the temperature won't be below 65ish at night. That means open windows and fans for those of us on the third floor as all the heat rises. It's a mild inconvenience that doesn't last especially long. In the winter the apartment can get to be 80 degrees sometimes because of the heat coming from below us. We never turned on our heat, we usually had the windows cracked, which kept the place at the temp. that we wanted. Some of our neighbors have been inconsiderate. (talking in the parking lot after 11 pm- with the windows open that can be pretty irritating, but if you ask them to take it inside they will...) I've never had any problems with management, in fact the only time that I ever go talk to them is when I have a package to pick up. I suspect that if one were to violate policies of the lease or fail to pay rent on time, they might have issues with management, but we have no reason to talk to them. We call the maintanance guy ourselves and he comes directly. No real problems here- We've lived in far worse places.
