Don't be fooled! - Don't be fooled by the staff when looking at this place. The model they show you is beautiful - nice paint, great construction and new appliances. Arbor Resident - I have been at Arbors for almost 2 years now. In all honesty it is a nice place but it comes with a lot of downfalls. deposit money The landlord failed to credit me with the $75 dollar charge for the carpet cleaning. I paid and provided the receipt and yet to be credited from my deposit (4 months later). It's a shame that this is my only bad opinion of the place, other than that it was fine.
