Arbor Resident - I have been at Arbors for almost 2 years now. In all honesty it is a nice place but it comes with a lot of downfalls. bed bugs!!! This place is infested I had to get out and move far away, they would never tell you your nieghbor has them. They just charge you 60.00 to spray for a problem that does not go away they travel all over the place. I saw so many people throw couches in to the garbage(infested)!!!!
