I looked at many apartments in the area, and 200 West was by far the nicest I visited. The apartments are large and nice. Everyone who visits me always comments that my apartment is so nice compared to most apartments. If you were to come see these apartments, ask to see one that overlooks the metroparks. I saw one of these and one that looks out on the main road, and the view of the park is so much nicer. Plus, during the winter when the leaves are off the trees, you can see the golf course in the park from some of the apartments. In the higher up apartments, you can see the tops of the downtown buildings as well. The number of fireworks I could see over the park on the 4th of July was incredible.

Maintenace is always quick to respond, and does a nice job of fixing things. The office staff is very friendly, and wants you to be happy in your apartment. The amount that my rent went up when my first year was over was very reasonable. Heat and water are included, and you can control the temperature of your suite.

I've never had a noise problem - the units are very soundproof.

The apartments are in a good location. The metroparks is right near by, Giant Eagle is right down the street. The Fairview Park Library (which is a regional branch, and has great selection), is within walking distance. There is a bus stop right near by, so if you work downtown, you can easily get there. You are also not too far of a drive from Huntington Beach. Great Northern Mall is also close as well.

The only negative is that pets are not allowed, so if you like animals, this may not be the place for you.
