I've been living here for two years and enjoy the convenience of downtown living and fairly courteous neighbors. But the management company leaves much to be desired. From repair problems, to simple property questions, they lag in getting back to you. Maybe they should hire more than one leasing agent or something, but it's next to impossible to get your needs addressed. The prices are a good deal for this neighborhood, but management hasn't done any upgrades since I've been there.
