Save the Hassle - Staff is rude for no reason. They charges fees for everything under the sun. The trains are noisy, but the other tenants are worse. It is in a CRAPPY neighborhood. "Gated community" sure, if the gate is actually down, but even then, it's hardly worth even calling it a gated community since anyone can still walk onto the property.
