I lived there one year.

1. There is plenty of parking if you live down the hill (where I lived).
2. the hill is impossible to get up in the winter due to snow and ice.
3. elaine was a terrific apt. manager, but since she has left, things are going downhill. there was a broken bottle in the parking lot for a week, there is trash in the lawn.
4. there is only one washer/dryer for 12 units. i had to do my laundry at midnight.
5. maintenance responds to problems quickly.
6. no pool, gym, or ANY such amenities
7. there is a problem with people stealing carports.
8. sound proof walls, but that doesn't help when this one particularly annoying neighbor finds it appropriate to carry on in the hallway, stairwell, outside my window, etc.
9. sometimes they don't clean the hallways for a couple of weeks. when elaine was here, it was done almost daily.
