The new manager Jaylene (very proud and shrewd lady)one of the thousands you will ever see( trust me on this). She welcomes new tenants, but once you sign an year contract she stops being nice and starts acting more like a jail warden. She will never miss a chance to get money out of our pocket, and best thing is she acts in the disguise of self made rules to do this. She does`t know what rules are for apart from enforcing them un-neccessarily to make her own reputation(to whom' nobody knows)and money.
She is a manager and care taker only, but thinks she owns everything in this apartments and will even use this as an excuse to enter your premises forcibly to see if tenants are keeping the apartment clean,etc, need repairs. If yes she does call the neccessary service to make the repair at your expense though, previously this used to be free). The garbage can are small for the place and always overfilled all of the times.If she or anyone of caretakers sees you placing the garbage besides the full container, you have to pay $15 fine for littering. (garbage should go into the full container, no matter what' What').
The single cart which was once used by the tenants for howling in he grocies is now her property. The entertainment room is nowhere it used to be. The small playgound for the kids is gone, so that they stay indide and do not cause disturbance to the residents, though it was at acceptable distance not to disturb anybody.
What else' Just Rent the apartment and you will find it out.

first of all there was never a play ground and second of all you sound like you are one of those type of renters who never followed the rules and would always tore up things and blamed everyone else ...I live two doors down from you and yes you are a bad neighbor...always smelling up our hallway with your constant cooking of curry and your kid screaming and running in the halls...I bet you and all those people you had in your apt. trashed the place and your whinnying cause they made you pay for all your damages... my rent is high enough cause of idiots and low life tenants like you ....I for one am tired of paying extra rent cause of trashy low life's like you....

I've been living here for 4 years and things have only gotten worse. They have allowed too many "GHETTO" families to move in and they have turned this place upside down. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for trying to move and give your family a better life but leave that "Ghetto" attitude in the Ghetto. My children and I have had to walk through hallways smelling of weed. The summer is the worst. The teenagers hang out all night blasting music, running and playing in the parking lot. I plan on moving this year, the rent is too high, the washers and dryers never work and the people are horrible. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

Probably the one giving the review and feedback in number 1 (anonymous) and stoker56 are the one working for the bedford place and they are covering their tracks. The party hall is gone and there is a new apartment in its place now? Aren`t they greedy now? After reading the language content of feedback above( stoker56) everybody can imagine who made that place a ghetto?
