I am new here but am generally very pleased with the place. I say generally because there are just some people you will encounter anywhere (such as driving thru the parking lots w/loud music) but overall it is the quietest place I have been in a long time. Very well kept and Jaylene is NOT shrewd like the other poster said. She is very nice and very professional. The ONLY thing I hate is that someone on my floor slams their door so hard, several times a day, that the floor shakes and it tends to startle you. Other residents talk about it but I guess aren't reporting it since it goes on daily. But most of the people are pretty considerate. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are beautiful! The hallways and lobby is sort of plain looking, but what you get w/the quality of the apartment (no taps on water too), dishwasher, very roomy - makes up for that. DMB
