This community is pretty cool, I guess its not great and its not bad I've never had a problem with anyone here. I always paid my rent on time, and everything I ever asked for was given to me, like a new air-conditioner, or taken care of in a timely manner. Except for the damn fuses, maintenance seems to always be out. Ive gotten retarded hammered here and had big ass party's and no one seems to care, never a noise complaint, so that was cool. The people that live here are students, some old people, some families, I rarely ever see any kids. Not to sound racist but there is a bunch of black people that live here they are all cool, I never had a problem with anyone. Ive seen some thugs walking around but I would say hi, and they were always pleasant and friendly. You do hear a bunch of loud music in the parking lot sometimes. All in all i guess I liked living here, its cool if your in school or something like that and its in a great location to the high way.
