This is a charming place. Great location, nestled at the foot of the shoreway and 5 mins from Lakewood. Great views from Edgewater Park across the street. Management company is friendly and custodians are prompt. Neighbors range from young professionals to some that have been in the building for a decade or more. Really like it. Only complaint, old building and water system is "tested" often and when a light goes out, with 12 foot ceilings, it's difficult to replace your own lightbulbs.
