I definitely not recommend this apartment. When I renew my lease with new management, I begged for monthly contract because I graduated from a college and was expecting to move out for a job. Therefore, I signed monthly contract with old management but new management sent me a new contract and strongly discouraged me. They said that I needed to move out or sign for the new contract with at least 6 month lease. I needed to live there one month or two but I had to sign 6 months contract. They even said that they were very generous to give me 6 month contract and they would never do it again.
So I am paying for the rent even though I do not live there.
Also, I do not want to sublet the apartment because there are too many rats and roaches all over the apartment. I would feel bad if I let other people to live even a day. So I decide to pay for the rent. I can't wait until the lease is done.
