I lived there for over 8 years.. When I moved in, the maintenance guys were responsive and the place generally well maintained. After the original husband/wife superintendant left, their replacements could never do a good enough job and the place. In my opinion, the management company was never interested in improvements - just bare upkeep to ensure increasing rents every year. Certainly, there were roaches - and the usual response was to spray, but they would come back. Towards the end of my stay, there a car stolen from the open parking lot and occassional fights.
