I lived there for two years. It's a decent apartment building overall. But there are few things that need to be thought of before you consider leasing an apartment there.

1. Full of roaches. Once they get into ur apartment, it is quite hard to get rid of them

2. Occasionally, you might see some rats

3. The management changed now. It is managed by Montlack Reality now. They are pretty mean and don't expect to get any security deposit back. All my friends who stayed there before got pretty much the entire security deposit. I vacated the apartment in a much relatively clean state and all that I got back was 35 dollars out of 500.

If someone else got a decent deposit back after the management change, please post here.

I received all of my security deposit and have only good things to say about the new management team. They took over a horrible building!
