I've been at Fairhill Towers for three years now. New management took over last year around spring time. There were a lot of changes and many of us didn't think this was a good thing. How wrong I was. It did take a few months to learn some new rules and policies, but I can honestly say this building is managed much better now than in the past. True, there was a bug problem(though I didn't see many). They had this company come in and inspect every suite to see where the problem might be coming from and have cleaned house so to speak. I was thinking about moving when my lease expired, but I'm very happy and the location is so convenient to Cleveland Clinic and Downtown.
