This place changed hands couple of years back and since then it has gone downhill. They cut the heat off as soon as March comes, regardless of the temparature at night, and there has been some very cold nights even in late May !!! There are babies and old people here Montlack! There is a huge pest problem with mice and roaches!
The maintenance is poor, will answer after several days. During winter they don't clean the driveways, and you can see rows of car getting stuck in the ice.
Security is only from 9:00-1:00 AM!! Which means in the wee hours, exactly when you need is security, there is none! This is after there has been several car break-ins, robberies and burglaries at this place.
The main office stuff is extremely rude, the only thing they understand is money. Now they have installed new washer/dryer which are much smaller and more expensive and most often would eat your money and not work - another clever way to steal people's money!
