Fairhill Towers is a great place to live - it is the first place I have ever resigned a lease with! Every where else has ignored maintenance requests and complaints, and I have had to deal with everything on my own. As with everywhere, there are problems here as well, but whenever I put in a request it is taken care of within a day. Plus, the manager lives upstairs, so whenever something little comes up he is able to be there right away. I definitely recommend the building if being paid attention to is something of importance to you.
