Ignore the positive reviews--likely all written by property managers

I know for a fact that Montlack property managers have been upset with their negative reviews on this website. I have even heard them talk about it.
The solution to improving their reviews is to improve their property.
I don't know who has been writing these glowing reviews, but I strongly suspect it is the property management.
I strongly urge prospective tenants to filter through these glowing reviews because they are far from the truth. Read the real reviews by the people that actually live there. These are far from "excellent apartments".
