I lived in this building for almost two years and whenever I had a concern or needed a repair, I left a message or sent an email and always got an immediate response. The apartments are spacious and the building is well-maintained. Overall, working with the building owner was a plus as he was most interested in making sure the needs of the tenants were met. The neighbors are friendly and inviting. Especially on the 4th of July when everyone goes up on the rooftop deck to watch the fireworks. I highly recommend this property.
