I have lived on the second floor of the FKMB for 8 months now. I have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are really trendy and my friends are always impressed. The polished concrete floors give it a cool look and are really easy to keep clean. Management painted the walls for me when I moved in the color of my choice.

There have been times when I have heard noise from my neighbors, but really I can count it on one hand for all of the months I have lived there thus far. I have never had any issues sleeping or anything like that. The building is really secure. I park in the underground garage which is really nice in the winter time especially. The work out area is really nice - I use it a few times a week and it is never crowded. Maintenance has always been on the ball - any issues I have had have been addressed the same day.

All in all, the building is in a really convenient location, the atmosphere is cool, its safe and quiet - I would recommend this building to anyone!
