I enjoyed living here. My apartment had a view of the lake, I could sit in my living room and watch the sun set over the lake in the summertime. The large windows in the living room allowed for a lot of natural sunlight, my plants really liked it. The building is in walking distance to the West Side Market, downtown and the Warehouse District. the roof top deck is also very cool and is a great place to catch fireworks on the Fouth of July. The staff replied all maintenance requests in a very timely manner. I never had any worries or concerns.
