The building location is perfect-- minutes from Downtown with easy access to major highways. The building amenities are phenomenal-- 24 hour gym, secure underground private parking, washer/dryer units, large rooftop deck with amazing views of Downtown and Lake Erie. However, the best reason to live here is because of the building ownership-- the owner truly cares for his tenents. He is always available to handle any building issues or questions. If maintenance issues arise, they are handled immediately. I would highly recommend living at the FKMB.
