I have lived in FKMB for four years. It is in an excellent location, close to downtown with easy access to freeways. The management team in excellent, always willing to help and fix anything in a timely fashion. I am on the 3rd floor corner, so there is little to no noise. As a single woman, I have always felt safe and secure in the building. Great windows/view of the lake, downtown etc. Great modern lofted floor plan with plenty of storage space. Gas and electric are combined and about $120/month for 700 sq feet. The apartment complex is in an urban area with an urban feel, so there is noise from the freeway, etc but its all part of the metro downtown experience! The other tenets are very friendly and helpful. Excellent workout facility, laundry, central garden patio deck, people are even growing their own veggies on the roof.
