Forest Ridge in my opinion is one of the best values in Parma, You have a couple other apartmets like Parma Woods, WestView, Broadview Gardens, which in my opinion are complete dumps, Forest Ridge is a large community but the staff still cares to know your name,

I lived here for a year, When I moved in my apartment could of been cleaned and updated with fresh carpet and tile, instead of just cleaning it, My only thing about forest ridge it's not a full service apartment building (meaning no fitness center, rec room, lounge,) there's a pool, and a small jungle gym for the kids. I'm a college student so 409 was really all I could afford, and I got allot for my buck, they pay hot water so it cuts you gas bill in half, So for a additional 50 for gas and 25 for electric a bit under 500 bucks you have yourself and pretty decent living space..

Cons...
Parking, (should be assigned)
Location, off Chevy very busy,--except for sharon dr
Cell phone towers..(eye sore)
Ranges are gas (not safe, leaves a bad smell)
Floor plan doesn't flow.
Suites could be updated, (new stove,fridge,cubbords,countertops,floors) Fitness Center,
Furnace is loud.. and takes up space.
There's a HillBillie or two (lol)
Not 100% secure door stays open.
Can get Ghetto at times.
Kitchen is small not counter space

Rents not bad,
Sq ft not bad,
Lots of **BRAND NEW WINDOWS** (luv ya FR)
You have malls,stores, markets,gas stations,dept stores, fast food,BMV everything you could every need is less than 5 mins away..
Pretty Quiet,and Clean, Staff works hard to keep things nice.
It's pretty safe, pretty clean,affordable,good people(most of them)good staff (95% of the time)
Aweasom place for a single,or student, not bad for a couple,(not the best place for kids due to traffic and location and Parma City Schools)

Okay in conclusion I would resign my lease, If they would just take some time do some updating, spruce up the place a bit this would be the Best Value in Parma..

7 out of 10, Not a Great Place, but not the worse it's just pretty okay,, kind of bland, but it's a true working class community.
