I lived here for one year, and I only left because of school. I looked for three months at surrounding Cleveland cities for apartments, and this was the best I found for the price. The apartments are big for only $409 a month. I couldn't believe it! The apartments are clean (though the bathrooms could be updated), the neighborhood is surburban and safe with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Common complaints I've read are that they don't de-ice the parking lots...well I'm a seasoned apartment dweller and I've never lived in a place where they do! Also, no gym or "extras." I'd rather not have those, you end up paying for them in the rent cost. This way, prices are down. Also, the staff is super-friendly and always available for you. How often does that happen' Wonderful place, make sure to take a look here if apartment hunting.

The managment is horrible! I know my neighbors life inside and out because i can hear them do and say everything in their life! The maintenance used to be good until they all quite now they have to pull people that work at other apartments to do their dirty work!
