Staff is ghetto and unproffesional. Tenants are ghetto section 8 and criminal convicts. Tenants and maintenance staff sell drugs, steal cars, vandelize property. Goldberg property owners will mess up your account and mess up your credit for the sake of a mistake. And will do nothing to undue it. The whole granada property is a crime haven and the so called property security guards are a joke. The security are either 300lbs. or 60 years old unable to catch the hoodlems that play ding dong ditch in the hallways, vandalize the halls and doors, harass tenants steal cars and sell drugs. A prostution ring is ran out of several apartments. There have been rapes and crimes on property. The staff is shifty and shady. The new manager women is on a high horse whom thinks she runs the property... not so. My cousin used to work there and he hated it then quit. The office is so diorganized that rent checks become missing and money orders misteriously disappear from staff shadiness. Managers have been hired and fired 4 times in one year. I warn any one thinking about moving here to be cautious and listen cuz this place is horrible. I still have friends that live there and their credit is fukked up because the property falsely mistakenly put an eviction on her record and sent her late notices from payments she made early. The maintenance have shady history yet they have keys to all apartments and can easily steal when you are not home. Pets are not allowed but tenants don't care. i've seen cats in hallways and bull dog being wwalked in lobby... dogs barking apartments. I've complained an nothing done. Also the building is old and the elevators are out frequently, weekly. And the plumbing backs up on 1st and 2nd floor monthly. If you move in do not move on those floors and if you live high be contious that you will be taking stiars when elevators are out. Every year they rent is raised 30-40$ depending on the apartment size. I warn you to not move to this place unless you want to get mugged at night and be stuck there with bad credit never being able to qualify to rent another place again!!!! I will feel sorry for you if you still do move there!
