Greedy, rude landlord. stay away!!

The Landlord is greedy rude and a big bully. Every tenent I talked to wanted to sue him. Overpriced apartment at a great location. People warned me about getting my sec. deposit back. I got 50 % back and I was charged for water damage in the shower. The letter he wrote along with the deposit return check was so rude I wanted to blast him back but I didnt sink to his level and let it go. Overall a good experience as long as I avoided the landlord.
