i shant recount the many nightmares of the boulevard view experience. needless to say it meets the needs of the poor college student by taking away at least 1/3 of your income to housing.

i have a sinking suspicion that if you are looking on aptratings.com for reviews you have already crossed boulevard view off your list merely from the looks of it.

however, if you, like many of the residents of boulevard view are rude foreign grad students who smell and live 10 to an apartment, may you have a pleasant and productive year with the slumlord that runs this facility.

and i hope the mauve painted walls and "photoshop barfed here" carpets entice you as well.

oh yeah, i never took a hot shower.

and yes, i was walked in on by the maintenance staff whilst indisposed. and no, they didn't care, so obviously they're used to doing such things.
