The leasing agent comes off as the sweetest Austrailian woman who will bend over backwards to make you happy. As soon as you've signed your lease, it seems like the management is set to screw you over. I'll admit the maintenance was pretty good, but the garage unit was horrid. I scratched my car multiple times going up and down that ramp. In addition, there was some sort of calcium carbonate/lime deposit dripping from the ceiling of the garage that stained the roof of my car. It looked like bird poop. I had to use Lime Away to get it off!!! The garage door opener would frequently not work, putting the residents in a horrible position of not being able to get out and be where they needed to be. The floors are slanted, the radiators would hiss and scream at me in the winter and wake me up, and I could never adjust the temperature just right because they were either all on or all off. The walls are thin, the windows are old, opaque, and broken (probably have lead-based paint, so if you have young children, beware). The bathroom didn't have a fan so it constantly grew mold. If you use a window A/C, be prepared for tons of bugs to come in. The apartment was spacious, and it was nice to have a gas stove, but overall, please do not live here. Find a more trustworthy management company.
