I don't know where to begin. At first I thought it was a great place, but then I actually lived there. Claire may seem willing to go out of her way to help you while she is giving you the tour, but don't be fooled! I'll just say the management is unaccomodating and unresponsive. Whenever there is a problem, of any magnitude (eg. toilet not flushing, smoke detector w/o battery, etc.) the response was the same: none. DO NOT LIVE HERE! You will regret it, no matter how shiny the floors seem.
