I lived there for 1 year and got out as soon as my lease expired. The management was beyond rude. I paid my rent on time every month but got the standard "threat" for non-payment anyway each month. Security is poor with doors propped including the garage door which could be left open for days for frequent repairs. The lighting in the underground garage was poor due to burned out lights which were not replaced. I hated living there, hated the management, and got out asap. They kept my pet and cleaning deposit too even though there was no damage and I hired someone to come in and do a final cleaning.
