In a nice neighboorhood, close to coventry and university circle. Seems pretty safe, but doors are frequently left propped open and the back entrance is very poorly lit. Neighbors can be heard, especially from above, but it's not terrible. Apartments are a good size, great closet space and decent kitchen. They come in pretty good condition, the location is the definitely the best factor. Also near CWRU campus. Haven't had any maintenance problems so I can't attest to that.

This sounds like management writing a review. All that stuff might be true but this review fails to address the crucial issues that cause a person to choose one apartment over another as they look at various choices in a given neighborhood- i.e. safety, politeness of management, chance of being treated with any amount of respect by management, hope in getting so of your deposit back, SAFETY!, ect, ect... overall this review misses the boat. Stay away from this place.

Most of the stuff in the review is true...however...management is wonderful WHEN RENTING YOU THE PLACE...once you sign on the dotted line, all bets are off. The owner is completely unpredictable, usually blames (or accuses) the tenant for any maintenance issues. Often enough, management has basically runs people out. Is it really worth all the hassle?
