I loved living in the Boulevard View. The neighborhood is great and the apartments are nice and well maintained. Management has always been immediately responsive when any maintenance issues did arise. The building has modern baths and old-style features that I find charming. It is definitely a great place to live.

This screams management. This is a bunch of lies!! Management is retarded. Responsive? Yeah, responsive in renewing your lease and lying about documentation received. Scum!

They must have payed someone to write this. Pathetic. I was home over Christmas the year I lived there. Since so many tenants had gone home for the holidays, management (that "responsive" management) turned the heat down so low I had to wear a coat and I could see my breath. Sloooow to respond to my complaint and then with a minimal increase of heat. Cheap, cheap, cheap.
