I heard a lot they don't return the deposit
(same as one month rent)or even charge more.
The staff are bossy, unfriendly and distrustful.

I also heard that sometimes people don't get the deposit back. My friend lived there and kept his apartment relly nice. He did have to clean his apatment really well, but he did get the whole deposit back.
