I recently relocated to the area, to work at University Hospital. The location is just perfect, with numerous restuarants, shopping areas, cultural events.
The building is quiet, clean and friendly! I guess I get what I pay for and what I was looking for. It does give quite the comfort that the suburb police department is right across the street,.However there hasn't been any need for them here.
