I lived here (the Highland Building) for one year and would happily recommend it to anyone else. The Apartment was spacious and in good condition. The building is definitely old but everything works fine. Management responded to the few concerns I had. The location is a perk as it is near the Cedar-Fairmount shopping area and is a nice neighborhood in general.
