Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived here from July 2004 to May 2005. It was a great experience. The staff was really nice and very helpful. I wasn't too fond of the radiator heating. I would find that I had my windows open in the middle of a Cleveland winter. I guess that also speaks to the quality of the new windows.
I lived on the fourth floor so moving in and out was nearly impossible with the TINY "vintage" 100 year old elevator. Despite that, the neighbors were pretty quiet and I never had a problem. The place is very safe and convenient to get down to Case's campus or to the rest of Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights. Easy walk down to Little Italy. It's one of the nicest places you'll find close to campus.
I really liked the hardwood floors. The kitchen was a bit small though. The apartments are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for in my opinion. I never had to call maintenance so I can't really speak to their quality.
