I would not recommend this apartment complex or any complex run by Capital Properties Management. I moved quickly and didn't research very many other apartments in the area...

Maintenance is always entering your apartment without notice yet is never able to fix your maintenance problems when they are needed. It takes several messages to management to get anything accomplished even then with little resolution. There is very little professionalism or a customer-oriented attitude toward tenants. At times, management is even blatantly rude.

There is a serious noise problem. The floors are VERY thin... I could hear every word the tenants above me were saying and anytime they walked around it sounded as if they were throwing bowling balls about.

There is a fitness facility though it is little more than a room with a few machines which you are required to pay $50 to even receive a key. Overall, you should really shop around before considering moving to this place. There are much better management companies as well as apartment complexes in the area that are actually worth your time, effort, and money.
