The apartments are small for the price the landlord Alan Pearlman charges. He has a bad reputation, especially of being rude to residents. Though when you rent the place he is extremely sweet.

I stayed there for a year and he became extremely rude after I gave him notice of vacating the apartment. If you have to contact him you have to leave a message with the answering service and he is not always prompt in returning your call.

Maintenance is ok. The landlord is not always very keen to do spend the money and he has to be explained the requirement in detail, often requiring him to physically come to the apartment and evaluate. Wont take your word for it on the phone
