This place was a complete nightmare. I moved to Cleveland from out of state and had to get an apartment without looking at it first. The woman selling the place stuck us in the hottest room on the 4th floor, probably b/c she couldn't sell it to anyone else. It was extremely miserable during the summer because of the heat. The apartment was also like a shoe box. The kitchen was extremely cramped, and the portable dishwasher was such a pain to use we rarely did. We really hated living her and couldn't wait to move. The apartment we're living in now has about twice the space and we only pay a little more. We also got charged for not cleaning well enough when we clearly did. The fire escape stairs were extremely slippery and dangerous in the winter or when it rained. Also, the parking decks were a complete pain to get into, and there were lots of marks on the alls where cars had bumped into the walls trying to get into the decks. We never felt comfortable inviting people over b/c it was such a dump. I would strongly recommend living here if you can possibly help it. There are some other apartment buildings across the street that are more expensive but totally worth it.
