At first, I thought the lady showing the place was extremely nice and considerate. Then I moved in. The apartment was ok. Maintenance usually got things done when I asked them. But if I ever had to get in touch with someone I couldn't do it. I rarely talked to a real person and had to communicate through voicemails. Then - I moved out, after my year lease because I was moving out of state. I left the place in probably better shape then when I found it. It's been over 30 days, well over, and I still have no security deposit returned to me. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone, no one returns my calls. Therefore, I have had to file a complaint in the local small claims court, which is going to require me to miss a day of work to travel to Cleveland for a hearing. Hopefully the court has better luck at getting in touch with the owners than I did!

Just a note to potential residents, the laundry room is horrible. You actually have to go outside to get to it and take the scary fire escape stairs. It took them forever to perform maintenance on the actual building. The last month I was there they finally got a exterior door on the side. The old one you probably could have just pulled it open even though it was locked. It's a place that's definately not worth the money. I had a single and paid almost $650.00 because I was in a rush to find a place. Stay away from all that is AGP Realty!!
