I don't know where to start. I am very sure the previous comments on this building and LANDLORD are true, b/c these experiences also happen on me.

Firstly, the reason why we move out is becuase the radiators in the whole apartment make a great noise every three hours in the winter. In other words, we had to be waken up by the noise at three o'clock in the morning the whole winter. You are not able to sleeep the whole night in the winter when the heat is turned on.

Secondly, the stairs in the back door is the way to the laudery. It is extremely slippery in the snowy days. And the landlord didn't clean it immediately. I fell down many times in the snowy winter.

Thirdly, the landlord will suddenly become very rude once you annouce that you are about to move out. He spoke dirty words to us and wanted to charge us in the name of many unreasonable expenses. Later, we talked to one girl who used to live in this building, she also encounter such horrible experience.And she told us that the landlord kept sending her e-mails to ask her when she is going to move out EVERY DAY in the last month. The landlord will take every effort to charge you. If you enconter this, don't be afraid and do not pay, even if he shouted at you or threaten you.

ANd, he is never willing to turn on the heat unless the temperature is under 45 degree in the winter. It is freakingly cold in the whole building.We complained to him many times he said that:"It is not cold enough." And he is even not willing to turn on the heat when it is 40 degree. When we compalin to him, it is always ansered by the machine. No one will reply to you unless you catch him and talk to him face to face.

It is a place full of cockroaches in the hot winter. The whole wall is full of cockroaches and we have to clean our kichent and stove every day.

Alan Pearlman is the most shaddy person I have ever met. He owns other property. All of those are under bad repuration. You can check out the reviews about these buildings.

If you want to know more about this landowner, just go to Cleveland Heights Court's website and search his name. The court won't tell a lie.


Anyway, if you unfortunately move in, plesae don't let him know unless you are about to leave in the last minute
