I totally agree with all of the comments of people on this site. I moved here to be close to school, and to get out of the dorms... I should have stayed in the dorms.

Alan Pearlman is one of the most arrogant and mean people I have ever met. He starts off nice, and then after a few months he turns into a monster. Three times in the last year that I have been there the gas was threatened to be shut off because Alan did not pay the bill.

In December, he did not pay the electric bill and the lights in the common areas and hallways was turned off.

He refuses to turn the heat in until it is too cold to think.

The building is in Ok condition, but the building smells like rot. When I moved in I found black mold under the sink (I tested it to see if it was really black mold, it was)It took me a week to clean everything.

Look up Alan in the Cleveland Heights Court website you will see what you are getting yourself into.

He has yelled at me several times, and been harassing to my guests. MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS CALL ME BEFORE THEY COME OVER SO THAT I CAN CHECK TO SEE IF HE IS THERE... IF HE IS THEY WILL NOT COME!!!! (What a way to live)

On top of all that he entered my suite without written notice, as stated in my lease. This is an affront to safety!!!
PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR STUDENTS MOVE IN HERE... IT IS NOT SAFE, AND PROVIDES A HORRIBLE FIRST LIVING EXPERIENCE.

AVIOD LIVING HERE IF YOU CAN!!!
