Everybody, if you saw any positive comments on this place, please believe the message is fake. Alan is the most dorthy person I've ever met. When you told him you decided to move out, he would try his every best to ruin your life, such as sending you emails full of dirty words,blackmailing you, yelling at you in front of the guest when show the apartment to the future tenants. I called the police because this landlord keep sending me emails asking for unreasonable penalties.
The maintaince in this building sucks!!! The whole wall is full of cockroaches.The radiator made such a big noise during winter to wake you up at three o'clock in the morning. No matter how many times you speak to the answer machine, nobody is going to response you. IT IS SUCH A NIGHTMARE TO LIVE IN THIS BUILDING. Avoid this place at all cost. It is a disater memory to move in this building!!!
