The apartments may look nice, but trust me they are not. I've had water leak twice in the 10 months I've been here, and no one has fixed the leaks or my ceiling. Heat is on and off all winter, there is zero temperature control. Both the front and back security doors haven't closed and locked for almost 6 months. I have called and written certified letters that have never received any responses. Management has been changed twice and the super for my building has changed three times. Management has always been polite but never follows through. I honestly have nothing good to say about my apartment or the complex.
