my boyfrind and i have lived here for 6 months, and it's horribly. They charge you 40 dollars a parking spot.... in the PUBLIC lot across the street in a shopping center. My car got scratched big time 1 week after i bought it. to get to the lot, you have to cross a busy 4 lane street (S. Taylor.) There have been 2 robberies at GUNPOINT since we moved in, and a nosiy bar that suposedly "cater's to the mature crowd" (yeah they're real mature alright screamin and hollerin at others with obscene language late into the night) they management is unresponsive in all media's.. oh, and on top of the 40 dollars a parking spot EVERY MONTH in the summer they charge you 40 dollars to have a window airconditioning unit EVERY MONTH! EVEN WHEN TENNANTS PAY THE ELECTRICITY BILL!!!! (they apartments DO NOT HAVE AIRCONDITIONING)

the ONLY positive is that they allow all size dogs and cats.


I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY.
when our lease is up in december, we're moving OUT!!!! one year is enough.
